| It started as a dream but very quickly it has become reality. In April 2004, Cafe 57 was born in Pinewood Shopping Centre, Mount Waverley, making a name for itself as a small cafe with an excellent reputation in both food and coffee. In April 2009, due to popular demand by our loyal customers, the business expanded and renovated, unveiling a new brand now known as “57 Cafe Bar Restaurant”. Having fully refurbished the venue, 57 is now famous for its relaxed, casual and stylish dining atmosphere. 57’s kitchen boasts a simple fresh cuisine complemented by a boutique wine list featuring some sensational local and imported wines.
